Archiving Policy

Green Open Access self-archiving rights for authors, plus long-term digital preservation through PKP PN.

Canadian Journal of Business, Economics and Health Management (CJBEHM) follows a Green Open Access archiving policy, allowing authors to self-archive their manuscripts before and after publication. Authors retain the copyright of their scholarly work and are permitted to deposit versions of their manuscripts in personal, institutional, or subject repositories without seeking permission from the journal or the publisher.

Authors publishing in CJBEHM may archive the following versions of their manuscripts:

  • •Preprint (submitted version): the version of the manuscript before peer review.
  • •Accepted manuscript (post-print): the version accepted after peer review but prior to journal formatting and typesetting.
  • •Version of record (published PDF): the final published version available on the journal website.

These versions may be deposited in institutional repositories, subject repositories, personal websites, or academic platforms, provided that proper acknowledgment of the original publication is given. Authors must clearly cite the journal title, article citation details, and include the URL or DOI of the published article.

When archiving the accepted manuscript or the final published version, authors should acknowledge the original publication as follows:

"This article has been published in the Canadian Journal of Business, Economics and Health Management (CJBEHM), Global Conference Alliance Inc. The final version is available on the journal website."
