| Acceptance method | After initial screening by the Editorial Office, on the basis of Double-Blind Peer Review (identities of both authors and reviewers remain strictly confidential throughout the evaluation), with at least 2 independent experts. The Executive Editor makes the final decision on acceptance, revision, or rejection. In addition to refereeing, all submissions are checked with plagiarism-detection software to confirm originality. Plagiarized manuscripts or those under review elsewhere are rejected. |

| Fees | Content is freely available provided proper credit is given to the authors and publisher. No Submission or Publication Fees apply until December 2026. To sustain the open-access model, starting from 2027, an Article Processing Charge (APC) of $200 USD will be received from the authors after acceptance. Waivers or discounts for authors from low-income or developing countries will be available. Payments accepted via bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and online payment platforms. |
